What we collect
We collect:
- Your email address (used to send you your dashboard login link and important notifications)
- Your business information (name, address, phone, trade category) used to build your website
- Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, we never store card details directly
- Form submissions sent through your website (forwarded to your notification email)
- Basic usage logs (server logs, error reports) for operating and improving the service
How we use it
- To build and publish your website
- To send you transactional emails (login links, change notifications, billing receipts)
- To process your subscription via Stripe
- To diagnose and fix technical issues
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate NearMax:
- Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Amazon SES — email delivery.
- Railway — hosting and infrastructure.
- Sentry — error monitoring. Error reports may contain request context but not payment data.
- Anthropic Claude — AI-assisted site generation. Site content is passed to the API to generate your website.
Data retention
We retain your account and site data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we preserve your site so it remains restorable indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
