Set up the essentials before your assistant answers callers.

Complete setup

Choose a plan, provision or forward a number, add an urgent-call number and accept the Office documents. Then confirm the greeting, voice, business hours and at least one active service.

Go live

NearMax staff completes provisioning. When the workspace is active, call your Office number and confirm the call appears in Calls.
