Customers and import

Give Office customer context before the next call.

Add customers

Create a customer manually or import a CSV from the Customers page. Imports require a name and valid phone number and support up to 5,000 rows per file.

Caller memory

Office can recognize a phone number and keep a short memory from eligible calls. A caller who opts out of recording is not remembered from that call.

Privacy controls

Owners can edit, export, soft-delete and purge customer data from the dashboard.
